Job description / Role
Our client is a well-established consultancy and we are recruiting an ERP Application Support Analyst to provide application support ranging from design, installation, development, support and upgrades to ERP software installed on clients sites.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the client as part of the overall support service to ensure that the system operates in an optimal and efficient manner and meets the requirements of the end users and provides assists in and supports complex application functionality and document business processes.
- Assists in application functional and business requirements with ERP end users and provides feedback for application modifications, configurations and processes for functional solutions
- Produces business process flow charts to support business functionality
- Prepares material for training to end users for functional use
- Modifies procedures based on system and hardware capability and configuration to create efficiencies and optimise output
- Prepares reports for client management and internal use
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT related subject
- 2-5 years experience in ERP application support ideally in a client facing environment, preferably Oracle, JDE or Sage
- Strong knowledge of system development methodology, system architecture and project management
- Experience of working with software development and support teams
Candidate Profile
- Arabic nationality male aged between 27-35 years
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
