ERP Coordinator - JD Edwards Enterprise One (S&D / Manufacturing)

Job description / Role

Job Objective:

To ensure that the ERP software (Oracle JD Edwards) is configured, implemented and maintained accurately to
meet all business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a thorough requirement study for each business unit and prepare gap analysis
- Review and revise all ERP setups pertaining to all Distribution Modules to ensure that system is aligned to meet business objectives
- Provide support to ERP users to resolve day to day issues
- Provide training to new/existing users
- Prepare Process Manuals, User Manuals and setup documents for all Distribution modules
- Participate in Full cycle implementation in new companies
- Carryout/Recommend any solution change, configuration change, customization modifications to existing setup of JD Edwards to suitably meet my client's requirements
- Ensure data integrity is maintained in Finance and Operational modules
- Prepare Functional specifications for new/existing report and application customization

Salary: AED 12K - AED 15K

Requirements

Skill Set required:

- JD Edwards 9.0 / 9.1 (Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing)
- Should have knowledge of E1 pages and One View reports
- Should be able to design dash board and transactional reports using One view reports

Experience Required:

- 6 years experience in JD Edwards 9.0/9.1 Sales and Distribution modules implementation and support
- Must have participated in minimum 3 full cycle implementations
- Should have knowledge of Manufacturing Module

Education Required

- Bachelors degree
