Specification: SAP, Oracle , Recruitment Consultant (Contract or Permanent)
Overall responsibility: identifying and developing new business opportunities, account management and delivery.

Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities include:
• Identification and qualification of client requirements
• Qualification of candidates prior to submission
• Qualifying and following up generated leads
• Client and candidate network development
• Account development and management
• Increasing client base and sales count
• Proactively selling Hays range of recruitment solutions
• Identifying and promoting cross-selling opportunities
• Meeting candidates
• Client visits (UAE)
