The RoleThe RoleOur client is a large global business that provides a variety to the mining services industry - Due to a merger, they are growing their IT team, and require a strong ERP Service and Support analyst with Strong Oracle Background. • Describes and analyzes current business/service processes • Implements tools that execute processes more efficiently to accomplish the business strategy • Analyzes trends and statistics to create action plans for process improvement • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption of applications and processes • Develops models for alternate courses of action • Develops and maintains process documentation • Provides end-to-end support to ensure the proper use of systems • Ensures processes align with company policies • Recommends effective & efficient business/service process for new applications/systems • Recommends best practice modifications to existing processes • Ensures process consistency between the communities through calls, meetings and workshops • Enrolls as a member and actively participates in appropriate Eureka SIGs • Maintains and develops key competencies by active participation on SLB conducted trainings/seminars. • Participates and contributes in software upgrades or system implementations |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Finance • 2-3 years experience in domain for business process in terms of overall risk, exposure, size and complexity • Experience in domain for IT process (overall risk, exposure, size and complexity) • Oracle Experience • Understands business needs • Able to conduct feasibility studies to develop formal cost-benefit analyses • Able to prepare and deliver formal presentations or trainings to large groups • Able to facilitate competing demands between conflicting interests and priorities to reach a common process goal |
