Job description / Role
Our company is looking for an experienced Open ERP professional to take over the responsibility of managing our recently acquired Open ERP system. Several modules have been implemented, with additional programming, report development, etc. still to be designed and implemented. In addition, the HRM and Payroll module is in the planning stages and requires final design and implementation.
To be considered for this position candidates must meet the following criteria:
•Must have experience working on Open Source Technologies ( Linux, Open ERP API, Core Python, PostgreSQL)
•Must have ability to understand client requirements and translate them into a suitable solution architecture
•Must have strong experience in designing, developing, analyzing, implementing, testing and maintaining ERP business applications developed for use internally within an organization
•Must have knowledge of Open ERP Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, HRM and Payroll flow
•Must be able to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
•Ability to define and streamline Open ERP technical work process, standards, and best practices
•Ability to analyze, design, and implement new workflow processes based on the user requirements and resolve issues in existing workflows
•Will be responsible to assist with coaching and mentoring team members in adaption of new work technology and processes
•Will be responsible to develop user manuals for all modules of Open ERP
Requirements
•Must have minimum 5 years in Open ERP.
•Education: UG, Master – B.Tech/B.E., Bachelor in IT or Computer Science preferable
