Employment: Full Time

AED 20,000 PLUS MEDICAL AND TICKET

On behalf of our client, a regional leader in the Conference and Exhibition industry, we are recruiting an Exhibition Manager.

Reporting to the Exhibition Director, you will be responsible for leading, managing and driving through the successful planning and execution of the entire lifecycle of each event assigned to the role holder. You will be required to achieve revenue and profit targets in addition to maintaining existing and developing new customer relationships.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achievement of sales revenue/profit targets
• Successful event management
• Management of event budget
• Number of calls made per day
• Time of call duration
• Effective co-ordination of operations and logistics
• Growth of existing portfolio by generating new ideas

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and be educated to secondary standard GCSE standard with at least 5 years exhibition management experience within a B2B company.

You must have a successful track record in growing and developing new markets and products.

Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills essential.

Only those with substantial event sales management experience and a demonstrated successful sales record of high value sales activity will be considered.
