Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Candidates must be living in the UAE / Gulf Region.

Our client is a world renowned media publication with a strong presence in the Gulf region. As a result of their growing success, we are recruiting an Arabic Editor for their business news publication for their Dubai office.

Responsibilities
- Producing and editing publications and online content to tight deadlines ensuring that the brand reflects the innovative, interesting and fresh appeal to increase audience growth and engagement
- Attending in public and business events to build the business news content and brand

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Journalism or Media
- 3 - 5 years proven career history as a business news publications editor
- Ability to proofread and write concise and well composed business related articles and content
- 1 3 years experience in online and digital journalism and writing for business articles and content
- Working knowledge of SEO and CMS
- Working knowledge of social media platforms

Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
- Living in the UAE is ideal but candidates based in the GCC will be considered
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
