Educational Supervisor

Job description / Role

1. Prepares outline of instructional program, lesson plans, and establishes course goals.
2. Selects and assembles books, materials, and supplies for courses or projects.
3. Presents lectures and conducts discussions to increase students’ knowledge and competence.
4. Observes and evaluates students’ work to determine progress and makes suggestions for improvement.
5. Observes students to determine and evaluate qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, aptitudes, temperament, and individual characteristics.
6. Writes instructional articles on designated subjects.
7. Orders, stores, and inventories books, materials, and supplies.
8. Directs and supervises student project activities, performances, tournaments, exhibits, contests, or plays.
9. Plans course content and method of instruction.
10. Maintains records, such as student grades, attendance, and supply inventory.
11. Evaluates success of instruction, based on number and enthusiasm of participants and recommends retaining or eliminating course in future.
12. Conducts classes, workshops, and demonstrations to teach principles, techniques, procedures, or methods of designated subject.
13. Administers oral, written, and performance tests and issues grades in accordance with performance.
14. Plans and conducts field trips to enrich instructional programs.
15. Confers with leaders of Government and other groups to coordinate training or to assist students to fulfill required criteria.

Requirements

Preferable degree in Educational management .
Previous experience : 2 years or more experience as an Educational Supervisor
Gender Preference : Female
Language Skills : Arabic, English
Current Residence : Saudi Arabia
