The following are the key accountabilites of the job:

* Providing efficient and professional services in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and completion of the projects
* Installing & handing over all Electrical and Low current systems which includes Dimming & Lighting Control System, Fire Alarm System, Central Battery Emergency lighting System, Building Management System , Data-Structure Cabling System, Tele-communication System, CCTV, SMATV, Video Door Entry, Building Intercom System, Door Access Control System, Public Address , Back ground central Music System and Traffic Management system
* Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and other service Contractors
* Liaising with authorities like ADDC, DEWA, FEWA, SEWA, Etisalat, TECOM, Municipality and Civil Defense for all the related works
* Dealing with the major suppliers for the entire material procurement starting from floating enquires till finalization of the supplier
* Preparing Technical Submittal for the entire Electrical Materials based on Consultant's approved vendors list
* Leading the design team in preparation of shop drawings for Electrical & Extra Low voltage systems
* Being a construction Leader in execution of the entire Electrical & ELV systems
* Attending inspection of Consultant , factory visits and Authorities Inspections

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

* Saudi Nations preferred
* Non Saudi applicants must have transferable Visa in KSA
* Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
* 4 plus years of experience as a Electrical Design Engineer
