Job description / Role
Objectives: Design, develop, test and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical and automated industrial applications in order to provide a user-friendly operational system that suits the customer needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Study, calculate and prepare purchasing requests of electrical components needed on schedule.
- Prepare electrical drawings and sensors layouts as per standards and with minimum errors for better execution and troubleshooting performance.
- Designing, programming and testing of PLC controlled systems.
- Keep abreast of latest developments and researches in industrial automation technology in order to achieve cost savings and improve productivity.
- Test, supervise and commission the project on site as per the installation schedule in order to avoid any time delay or cost penalty.
Reporting to: Head of Electrical Department
Other interactions: Operations departments, external agencies.

Probation: 3 months
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements
University Qualifications: BS/BE in electrical engineering and automation field
Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years of experience in the electrical/automation field.
Specialist knowledge:
