Job description / Role
- Planning and undertaking scheduled all MEP preventive and predictive maintenance of residential and commercial multi-storied properties.
- Responding to breakdowns 24/7
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting with the best engineering practices and ensuring the restoration work is urgent and without delay.
- Supervising all engineering and technical staff
- Submitting all material requisitions for timely procurement of all spare parts, equipment, fittings and fixtures.
- Ensuring compliance with DEWA, health and safety legislation and all related local authorities.
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of all necessary spare parts
Requirements
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum 5 years of local experience.
- Enthusiastic graduate with good technical abilities and qualifications who is well experience in installation and maintenance, preferably in a facilities management firm.
- Working well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant technical knowledge
