The RoleThe RoleFounded in 1994, our client is building the largest shopping centres, airports, factories, cement plants, offices, marinas and hydro electric plants as a general contractor and in the most cases as an investor in 9 different countries around the world. They have earned their international reputation from the development of innovative solutions in construction services as well as for their management skills and result oriented approach for the needs of their clients. Duties to include: Raising some Warranties as per the prescribed process Identify and/or validate Warranty claims in the plant with support and/or in conjunction with people from Project, Operations, Maintenance or Engineering Follow up Contractor progress in the various Open Warranty claims Confirm Warranty status as per Contractors closure requests Support Engineering Manager on managing the Warranty database Support a team in the Warranty process |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: 38 000 m2 high end turnkey college construction 05-10 years experienced as an Engineer, preferably in Electrics Must have experience in building automation, in site execution, QA/QC, HV,MV,ELV and design. To qualify for this role you will need Middle East experience; A degree (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent technical field. Good communication skills and an excellent command of the English language. |
