Electrical Engineering Manager/Advisor
Our client is one of the largest LNG producing companies in the world. They are currently looking for Electrical Engineering Advisor who will provide overall technical guidance /advise during the conceptualization, definition, DBM and engineering of facilities Brownfield modification/retrofit projects for Offsite, Offshore and Utilities Asset facilities. Serve as liaison between TSS and Project team and has good experience & worked with EPC contractor. As such take an active role/responsibility in the FEED/Detailed Designs of electrical system used in Oil & Gas Industry for the project life cycle activities
Job Purpose
* Screen the preparation of the Gate 2 electrical engineering packages of critical and complex projects, including Cat III.
* Endorse the Gate packages of Cat IV-III projects, and participate in the Gate meetings.
* Participate in the CERs and IPRs of major projects.
* Participate in the HAZOPs, engineering and constructability reviews of major projects.
* Address the technical questions raised to him by TSS engineers, and coordinate with EM as needed.
* Provide guidance in the implementation and use of EM procedures, engineering documents and tools, as appropriate.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to TSS personnel, especially to the Heads and Discipline Team Leaders.
* Provides strategic vision for continuous improvement of project team performance including, resource skills and work practices

Requirements
* B.Sc. or higher degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 20 years of professional experience
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Engineering Department of an operating Oil & Gas Company addressing operational issues as well as planned project activities all through the entire life cycle
* Minimum five years' of experience in LNG plants, familiar with Electrical design calculation, power distribution, electrical protection system.
* Minimum five years' experience in project engineering using a gated project delivery process.
* Experience working with a reputed engineering companies & EPC which related to electrical engineering design, and protection system & power distribution
