Job description / Role
This is a great opportunity to join the Construction Week Qatar Awards Winner of Consultant of the Year 2013.
This is a site based role and the main functions will be to review and approve technical drawing submittals and coordinate with all engineering disciplines to deliver a world class project to KEOs exacting quality standards.
Requirements
You will require a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and any appropriate Institutional affiliations (IEEE, NECA, IET, etc) would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years experience including site experience and construction supervision
- Serve as the site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of electrical works.
- An understanding of effective electrical inspection processes, technical submittals and drawing review.
- Demonstrated experience on large scale Medical Projects such as Hospitals, Healthcare, Medical Centres or with luxury villa experience.
- Working with local GCC authorities and ministerial agencies to ensure all design submittals comply with regulations.
- Working experience in ELV e.g. CCTV, data IT access control, BMS etc.
- With relevant testing and commissioning experience.
- Prior experience in the Gulf Region is preferred.
