Job description / Role
To ensure safe & good working of Equipments & his Technicians
To evaluate the level & frequency of monitoring/maintenance of existing Electrical /Instrumentation equipments
To ensure availability of necessary procedures for maintenance activities & regular updating
To look after the daily activities, coordinate the preparation of program for systematic periodic Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all Electrical/ instrumentation equipments in the mill
Responsible for preparing Break down Analysis, Maintenance Cost and Estimation.
Responsible for planning and execution of Shut down maintenance Program.
Analyze the equipments performance and reliability.
Preparation of accomplishment report and other related documentation including materials and spare parts needed to execute the job.
Implement and maintain quality, safety & environmental Standard according to ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007& ISO 14001:2004.
Requirements
- Electrical HT,LT Panels
- Field Instrumentation
- Allen Bradley PLC / ABB DCS /ABB drives
- 5+ Years of Industry experience required as Electrical / instrumentation Engineer in Paper and Duplex Paper board Industries
