Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading interior fit-out company to assist them in growing their design team in Dubai. Our client specifically specialise in high-end small to medium sized food and beverage hospitality projects and are expanding into the commercial sector.

As the Electrical Projects Engineer you will lead the electrical works from concept and design shop drawing to execution and close out of all projects. You will work on a variety of projects and lead multiple-discipline teams interfacing directly with Architects and clients. In addition, you will plan and manage CAD documentation of design work and carry out project work within agreed deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

Your project experience should include design and installation, MEP coordination, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, low voltage and emergency power systems as well as CCTV, public address and UPS. Even though you will be specialising in electrical services you should also be knowledgeable in other areas including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting. It is essential you already have a strong relationship with local authorities and are registered with either DEWA or ADDC.
