Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of the world's largest and leading international engineering consultancies is seeking to recruit an Electrical Utility Engineer for a position based in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and coordinating the electrical power and water consumption information. You will also provide technical support to assess design conflicts, develop utilities drawings, review electrical and other telecommunication design interfaces against transport and other infrastructure developments.

Requirements

To apply candidates should meet the following criteria:
-Hold a degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
-Have an established background in a similar position working on water and waste water infrastructure projects.
-Proficient with 2D/3D CAD.
-Have knowledge of Geographical Information Systems, such as 'Mapinfo'.
-Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
-Arabic is a plus, but not an essential.
