The RoleThe Role1. BS Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics and Communication Engineering (any of these field) 2. Proven minimum 12 years work experience, with 6 years in petrochemical or petroleum refinery project engineering works 3. Strong knowledge of with international standards i.e. IEEE, API and NEC standards and guidelines. 4. Should be able to perform electrical engineering related calculations. 5. Should have good knowledge in industry design best practices and its application. 6. Should have field experience 7. Dedicated self motivated, requires minimum supervision and should be able to work in multiple tasks. 8. Should be able to mentor, guide and support less experience engineer. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Requirements or Equivalent: BS in Electrical Engineering. Specialized Knowledge: Full range skills and knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Equipment and Electrical Engineering Technology and extensive hands-on experience in the areas of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Previous Experience Required: 08 - 15 years of related industry experience in an operating refinery or a Petrochemical Plant. Working Knowledge to be Acquired on the job: A strong knowledge in electrical equipment inspection, troubleshooting, repair procedure and quality control. Develops his capabilities to handle and resolve all routine technical problems within the area of responsibility / specialty. Works independently with minimum supervision. Expands his knowledge in the process/service related material deterioration modes and recommend preventive/ remedial actions. |
