Electrician

Job description / Role

- To carry out the preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical switchgear and distribution networks,control panel and systems, sub-stations, transformers, etc in Flats, offices and staff accommodation as per the given schedule.
- To attend trouble complaints from Shops and Flats and try to repair the fault within a short period and up to tenant's convenience & satisfaction and avoid repetition of same problem.
- To inspect, replace, clean, maintain, and repair all deferent electrical lighting fixtures, emergency lights & power supply.
- To follow up shops under AMC contract & to prepare proper record as per each service
- To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times .
- To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work & ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, practically when working in guest areas
- To bring into the notice of supervisor about any fault of equipment or malfunction of machines on the earliest.
- To carry out any other work assigned by supervisor and the seniors even besides the scope of work especially in case of any abnormality or urgency.

Requirements

- I.T.I in Electrical Engineering & H.S.S.C
- 5 to 7 years experience.
- Regular contact with seniors to review plant performance targeted achievements and obtain approvals as required.
- Regular contact with other workers to coordinate routine and corrective maintenance and ensure the smooth operations.
