Job description / Role
If you are passionate about engaging and integrating Emirati nationals in the organisation, believe in developing their capabilities and have the vision to develop a unique employee value proposition that resonates with local talent, you are the one we are looking for to head our Emiratisation team. As a senior member of the organisation you will be required to spearhead the Emiratisation mandate across the organisation, collaborate with the Business HR heads for its successful realization and network with the Government, Colleges and Universities to create a sustainable view of Emiratisation across the organisation.
