Al-Futtaim occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to our leading brands' worldwide growth. We represent Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Volvo and Jeep.To provide full after sales and service support to these world-class franchises, we have an established and growing network of service and parts centres throughout the UAE. Increasingly we are finding that our Technicians in these facilities are the face of our business and we want to reinforce that relationship and high level of service delivery. Accordingly, we plan to establish a brand new, state of the art training facility to bring on our own Technicians to do things our own very successful way.We are looking to identify an Emiratisation project co ordinater to provide a dedicated administrative support for the Automotive Academy Emiratisation Training Team in line with service level agreements to reflect a high quality, premium brand delivery.You will provide telephone, reception and email communications with the Emiratisation, Vocational Education & Development Centre (VEDC), the retail network and trainers. Proactively promote Academy Events to the Retail Network and Emiratisation.The primary responsibilities of this function will incorporate the following; * To ensure training records are maintained and provide reports and data analysis as required including register of delegate attendance and post training feedback records. Follow up late/non attendance.* To support the Emiratisation Sales & Aftersales training team in the preparation of training materials, PowerPoint presentations and printing. Liaise with trainers to ensure requests for equipment, resources, printing or other requirements are met.* To support the training team to ensure corporate compliance in line with Emiratisation operational standards and process improvement programs. * Track & monitor Sales & Aftersales staff progress team through their career path. Create report s for Emiratisation & the Academy.* To maintain strong links and positive relationships with internal and external trainers, customers and suppliers.* Receive process and distribute incoming post-event evaluation forms, updating appropriate databases. Report any performance issues within 24 hours.* Comply with occupational health and safety, operational standards and Sales & Aftersales support training activities.* Ensure personal compliance with Emiratisation and adherence to all Emiratisation policies, related to training.

To be successful in this opportunity you will need to have the following skills and attributes; * High level of proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English* A qualification in Business Administration * Certification in either / both Health & Safety and or First Aid * Administrative work in a training environment * Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material.* Be PC Literate and an understanding of Microsoft Office ProgramsÂ
