Job description / Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Arabic speaking Emiratisation Recruiter to join our successful existing Emiratisation team based in Dubai. You must have previously experience of placing Emiratis Nationals into a variety of different roles including; Finance, HR, IT and administration as well as technical roles across the UAE. Ideally you will have an existing network of Emirati candidates and the ability to build relationships with both client and candidates.

With world-class knowledge and total commitment to delivery and high performance, you will become a trusted advisor to the decision makers.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities include:
- Identification and qualification of client requirements
- Qualification of candidates prior to submission
- Qualifying and following up generated leads
- Client and candidate network development
- Account development and management
- Increasing client base and sales count
- Proactively selling Hays range of recruitment solutions
- Identifying and promoting cross-selling opportunities
- Meeting candidates
- Client visits (UAE)
