The RoleThe RoleMain Responsibilities: • To work with the Head of HR and Design, develop and implement the Emiratization strategy for the GroupFacilitate the delivery of HR core services to UAE Nationals. • Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures in recruiting, retaining, remunerating and recognising UAE Nationals Reporting to : Head HR Gross monthly base salary : 30000 AED - 40000 AED pm |
RequirementsRequirementsPrevious experience : 10 to 15 years with reasonable time spent in HR and Emiratization. Banking experience may be an advantage but not critical Specialist knowledge : Banking Knowledge and Emiratization Gender Preference : Male preferred Nationality Preference: UAE essential Current Residence : UAE |
