Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Supporting in developing and delivering Emiratisation strategy; the role holder will work with the colleagues in UAE HR and UAE business to develop strategies to attract UAE Nationals to Azadea as an employer of choice and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as the Tanmina, Pension department and Ministry of Labour.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and screening for positional Emerati candidates and allocating them in the shops and Head office. Aiming of attracting high calibre candidates and ensuring government quotas are met. Part of the responsibility is to build a coaching and achievable succession plan.
Follow up with the medical and recruiting process to make sure that all our UAE nationals are enrolled in the pension department and labour office.
Shop visits and follow up on their needs, complains, development and training.

Supporting Admin team in issuing the general letters of Embassies, Consulates, Police, Traffic, etc..also supporting the Reception area

Working with along with accounts making sure the staff receives their salaries, end of services and settlement.
Handling and following cases between the shop manager and staff

Candidate requirements:-
Diploma degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in Arabic and English

Requirements

University qualifications : Diploma degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
Previous experience : 2- 3 years experience in HR or recruitment role
Specialist knowledge : Recruitment of UAE Nationals
Other Skills : Good Communication skills both in Arabic and English
Ideal Age Range : 21 - 30 years
Gender Preference : Open
Nationality Preference: Arabic speaking candidates
Language Skills : Arabic
Current Residence : UAE
