Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To manage HR communications and change management initiatives , including employee engagement, in order to enable the business to transform smoothly while accompanying any form of resistance and embracing it properly, all in line with established objectives, policies, and procedures

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of HR strategy by providing input from the perspective of employee engagement division, ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated
- Lead change management activities by ensuring proper implementation of the organizational development initiatives
- Implement and monitor processes for organizational change planning, management and controls (initiative-based); internal/external stakeholder mapping; evaluating the effects of change, stakeholder management, employee communications, leadership messaging, etc.
- Identify and develop organizational change proposals and submit to the Head of HR for review
- Liaise with training and other concerned functions in the change management process in order to ensure proper capability building and knowledge transfer as and when required throughout the various change management initiatives
- Develop and maintain initiatives to sustain levels of employee engagement in order to positively influence motivation and performance levels within the workforce, including facilitating the implementation of ENPS (employee engagement surveys) to monitor the satisfaction of individuals
- Manage employee engagement surveys and ensure results are well extracted into action plans in order to positively influence motivation and performance levels within the workforce
- Ensure HR support is provided to employees and management , communicate key policies and transmit employee and management comments to HR management for action
- Manage employees HR-related complaints and suggestions, extract and share lessons learned from complaints and issues with the team
- Administer the HR communication processes to ensure rapid transfer of accurate information up, down, and across by reviewing HR content messaging, deciding on relevant audience, frequency, medium, etc.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
- 5-8 Years experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision making skills
- Proficiency in HRIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
