Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking an experience employee development specialist who will be responsible for implementing performance and development of staff. You will review and recommend training to meet the departments' needs. You will monitor performance and lead appraisals to identify succession plans and additional training needs.

Requirements

To be selected for interview it is essential that you hold a degree from a recognized university, have strong HR knowledge in performance management along with being organized, highly proficient on IT and have strong interpersonal skills.
