Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide support, advice, and administration of employee relations matters relating, but not limited to: corrective action, grievances, disputes, and separation in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.

Functional Duties:
- Responsible for providing support, advice, and recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations and address workplace issues and corrective actions in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.
- Conducts proper reviews and investigations of grievances, disputes, conflicts and violations and coordinate disciplinary actions as per the company policies and applicable laws in consultation with the Law Department.
- Maintain records and interpret findings from investigations in order to create plans, processes and procedures of employee relations cases.
- Provide consultation for clarification of company policies and labor law in regards to employee relations issues, separation, disputes and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to handle employee relations cases (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations), follow the established process and ensure compliance with the company policies and applicable laws.
- Keep abreast with the company policies and applicable laws to ensure compliance and establish guidelines and processes in regards to employee relations issues (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations)
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, English Language, IT

Nature and length of previous experience:
- Total years of experience: 8 Years

Specialist knowledge:
- HR - Labor Relations is desirable

- Gender Preference: Female
- Nationality Preference: Saudi Arabian
- Language Fluency: English
