Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Work in coordination with the HR Director to manage the Employee Relations functions efficiently and effectively.

2. Manage the Medical/Life Insurance Plans of the Company cost effectively.

3. Responsible to ensure processing the monthly payroll and completion of related administration, such as pay slip issue, bank transfer advice to Finance, etc. Ensures accuracy of transactions.

4. Ensure that Personnel related documentation, such as Joining Letter, Staff Transfer, Salary Advance, Leave (Annual, Sick, Maternity), Regret Letters, Passport Releases, End of Service Benefits, Increment, Promotion, etc. are processed accurately and on time.

5. Initiate the Leave Planning process, receive and maintain leave schedules from Business Units, processes leave applications and payments.

6. Review and approve a variety of salary & benefits related payments, such as relocation allowance, school fees, business travel expenses etc.

7. Issue Employment & Salary Certificates to employees, as required, for obtaining banking facilities, visas to other countries, etc.

8. Manage the pension administration process for UAE/GCC Nationals as per government regulations. Open pension accounts, send pension contributions, transfer accounts when employees leave the Company and perform and maintain the related documentation.

9. Ensure compliance with the HR Policies & Procedures Manual in the process of salary & benefits administration.

Requirements

• Approx. 5+ years experience, preferable as a HR generalist, in a large organization managing work that is directly related to the job responsibilities
• Ability to prepare action plans to implement strategy.
• Experience of working on SAP preferred.
• Ability to maintain relationships with internal/external constituents.
