Employee Relations Manager - Kuwait

- To develop, secure approval for and ensure effective implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, deployment of an up to date performance management system and periodic surveys throughout the organisation.
- Reports to the Group Head of Human Resources & Engagement.
- Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with national regulations, labor law and company policy priorities.
- Defining and securing for award and recognition programs for the company.
- Establishing guidelines for handling Employee Relations issues.
- Developing corporate guidelines for Exit Interviews and conducting Exit Interviews.
- Providing Employee Relations counselling.
- Consolidating feedback from Exit Interviews , presenting to the HR Director with analysis and recommendations.
- Participating in the development, deployment, and analysis of the people survey for the company.
- Liaising and coordinating with the other HR functions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the performance management system.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of monitoring process of HR functions in line with the HR strategy.

Requirements

- Fluency in the English & Arabic languages is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in HR Management or a related field.
- Experience in dealing with people issues, complaints and policies.
- Experience of a large corporate organisation or multi-national in a Manager level role is required.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in HR including in a Manager role.
