To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.Al-Futtaim Motors is the largest company in the automotive group.  It requires dedicated support to help drive the actions which lead to cultural change. This role will be instrumental in being a guiding force to the management team who require support and information on how best to transform the Al Futtaim Motors organisation into one that lives and breathes Engagement - both for Employees and Customers.Â
Key Accountabilities

* Help drive the strategy for Al Futtaim Motors Engagement - both customer and employee
* Communicate and promote best practices in Impact Planning to senior management and Group Director of Automotive's office
* Champion the escalation and resolution of Action items to appropriate approval authorities
* Ensuring every employee has participated in an impact planning session through random questioning and through monitoring of accountability index
* Establishing a necessary training schedule to meet the needs of Al Futtaim Motors managers and employees
* Create regular reporting on status of Impact Plans and Completion league tables to ensure constant focus on engagement.

This job will create the culture and process of constant and consistent dialogue amongst all Associates that leads to workplace engagement. This job will also drive the processes which support increased customer engagement through proper analysis of CSV results and supporting actions to drive improvement

You will have the following experience to be considered for this position:Â
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Minimum 10 years experience with at least 4 years experience in a managerial role
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
* Must have large project managment experience and preferably with Project Manager qualifications
* Willing and able to travel across UAE
* Must have a Driver's License (UAE)
