The Company also steps up its strategy to introduce more complete and cost-effective technologies across a variety of consumer environment. A high caliber Client facing individual contributor, who is responsible for selling the full product and service lines to new and existing customers in specified Segments, Solution and relationship focused and maybe specific to a practice area. 1. Accountable for achieving closure on large value and complex service opportunities 2. Overall accountability for all aspects of allocated opportunities, account campaigns, bids and proposals to the point of signature 3. Responsible for the development and planning of sales strategy on target accounts to achieve long-term sales and establish long term relationships 4. Manage the coordination of extended teams on all relevant sales engagements 5. Facilitates account and opportunity planning sessions to develop clear strategies, value propositions, tactics and actions to win complex services 6. Works with Sales teams to sell services and provides on-going communication with Sales teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive message to the customer 7. Stays up to date with new Services offerings and Solutions 8. Delivers exceptional customer experience in alignment with our client's Standards 9. Represents our client in an appropriate professional, ethical and competent manner 10. Keeps up to date with current industry trends and fully assess the impact on our client's customers and potential customers 11. Works cooperatively with our client's colleagues 12. Relays customer feedback to assist with the future development of our client's technology, products, and services. 13. Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives. 14. Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization/models effective team leadership. |
