Engagement & Performance Manager

Job description / Role

A leading Regional Group Head-Quartered in Jeddah are currently looking for an Engagement & Performance Manager to join their business.

Ensure effective delivery of Associate Engagement and Associate Relations Education Programs and communication efforts that are designed for specific groups of associates or managers.

Support and coach workgroup leaders around building and sustaining engagement through a process of Education (program delivery) and Impact Planning.

Ensure all program material is in order and all logistical arrangements critical to program execution have been made.

Includes Program documentation and record keeping.

Conduct performance discussion with his subordinates, whenever applicable, through open discussion to establish Associates development and Performance Awareness.

Responsible for conceptualizing and organizing themed events around HR programs to propagate HR objectives, to celebrate successes and recognize high performance.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Company Structure and Policies.
- Basic understanding of Human Capital Processes.
- Strong understanding of Engagement Science.
- Able to perform basic analysis and develop Management Reports and work easily on MS Office.
- Logistical Skills. Ability to co-ordinate with many vendors and manage multiple sets of programs at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to prepare written reports and presentations to Top Management.
- Inter-Personal Relationships. The ability to work and collaborate with people in situations where diversity in views and opinions exists.

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 SAR/month
