Job Purpose:
The Engagement Trainer will lead AFM in achieving a service culture utilizing our 5 Service Values epitomized in order to deliver the ultimate service to our customers

Description:
* Meet with line managers and staff to identify training needs for engagement
* Develop training and development and talent development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs
* Meet with course / program participants to review learning progress and course / program effectiveness
* Provide career coaching to high potential staff
* Identify project requirements and develop project plans based on management inputï¼›
* Organize and manage project team to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
* Monitor project progress and update management accordingly

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Proven administrative, supervisory, team building and group facilitation skills, ability to communicate/function in a corporate environment across levels of staff including senior leaders.
* Excellent writing and editing, and interpersonal skills;
* Strong influence, communication and negotiation skills required to influence employees and managers to address performance issues and development opportunities;
* Excellent OD and process and team facilitation skills;

Minimum Experience:
* 7+ years of progressively responsible professional level experience in the design and delivery of training and development programs;
