Job description / Role
The role is established within the Technology Department, the encumbent will be responsible for Implementing and sustaining TL 9000 & other quality Management standards for Etisalat Technology Department, performing internal audit, documentation and training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Defining the quality measurements in line with TL9000 and other Quality Management standards.
- Carry out benchmarking of TL 9000 measurements.
- Define and document processes in line with TL 9000 Quality Management system and other Quality Management standards.
- Carry out compliance audits.
- Carry out analysis of performance and submit recommendations for Quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementing TL 9000 and other Quality Management standards for the Telecom industry.
- Certified Auditor in TL 9000.
