Engineer - Process Automation

Job description / Role

Engineers for Process Automation in ABB 800M/ 800xA

- Compilation and implementation of automation concepts based for example on P&I diagrams, sensor list, consumer list or functional specifications
- Coordination with the department of process, control and electrical engineering
- Design of the communication interfaces
- Set up and start up of the systems
- Commissioning of the systems

Requirements

- Degree in electrical/automation engineering or a vocational training as technician
- Very good knowledge of the process automation system 800M / 800xA
- Experience with safety systems will be a plus
- At least three to five years professional experience
- Willingness to accept frequent stays abroad
- Team player, good communication skills
- Fluent command of the English language
