The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose: „X Develop detailed technical guidelines, specifications and procedures for VAS projects implementation for mobile and fixed services. „X Ensuring Quality and correct tuning/configuration for the systems „X Implementing capacity plans increase for the existing services Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas: 1. Assist in Designing for Voice services for mobile and fixed services and ensuring the right dimension. 2. Implementing capacity plans increase for the existing services 3. Assist in Planning for new services by launching new marketing products, researching for new mobile Value Added Services trends and deploying new services, and in managing upgrade projects and ensures full coordination with all involved department. 4. Assess network requirements for the introduction of planned new VAS platform. 5. Developing Evaluation matrix for new platforms. 6. Benchmarking other vendors for the already existing services. 7. Study vendor upgrade procedures and benefits and produce the related reporting 8. Ensure testing and validation internally before starting UAT and reporting any problems that arises during the process. 9. Assist in Developing UAT document for new products/Tariff/Service/Upgrade and Enhancement, and Perform UAT with different entities and validates that all criteria has been met. 10. Assist in Trial testing release of new equipment, and in Managing upgrade projects and ensures full coordination with all involved department. 11. Analyze capacity utilization versus traffic to modify the capacity plans. 12. Assist in implementing new node traffic distribution, and in Implementation of new product/Upgrade/service or enhancement. 13. Analyze new technologies and current standard evolution to Asses their implications on the existing VAS nodes architectures. 14. Revising roadmap of existing services/systems and report accordingly. 15. Prepare the connectivity and Integration procedure and plan. 16. Study vendor upgrade procedures and benefits and report accordingly. 17. Highlight risks and red flags. 18. Configuring the system according to the technical procedures. 19. Implementing corrective action came from utilization reports after discussing with the management. 20. Develop and deploy new services with the correct integration needed plan and according to the scope of work. 21. Managing Projects 22. Researches for new ideas, and study the possibility of implementing them with the correct integration/plan, and report it to the management, to be produced to the business |

In Electronics/Tele Communication or computer Science. • 1-2 years of experience in the Telecommunication Field • Preferred existing knowledge with the major existing voice systems suppliers |
