. Taking care of Directory Assistance of DQ System for call center
. Taking care of all our billing application Arbor / OM Interfaces, SAS, Monitoring Orders, etc ..
. Interacting with Mediation Team, handling corresponding scripts and Monitoring Orders
. Makes sure that all the files will be processes successfully in every month
. Monitoring all orders are related to Reconnection and Disconnection
. Maintaining Check list processes for all systems and applications
. Delivering and preparing bill related documents to various agencies
. Should have sound knowledge on UNIX concepts
. Should have worked on UNIX/ORACEL applications
. Should have strong knowledge in Shell Scripting and Operation Activities
. Should be aware of Directory Assistance
. Very good written and oral communication skills
. Good analytical and problem solving skills
. Team work
. Planning and organization skills
. Customer service orientation
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications or equivalent
. Should have at least 36 months of experience, should be aware of Billing System Operational activities
