We are looking for a mature Business Manager who will develop and implement effective strategies to uplift team performance in line with budgets and forecasts. The Business Manager is required to generate gross profit for the company through their personal billing and by effectively managing and motivating a team of 3 consultants under their responsibility. She/he will have full Profit & Loss responsibility over the Engineering & Construction vertical. RequirementsRequirements- Solid recruitment experience at senior consultant level as a minimum; - Recruitment experience within the Engineering or Oil & Gas vertical; - Demonstrated experience developing and managing high performance teams; - Demonstrated communication, persuasion and influencing skills; |
