Requirements

Were strategically resourcing for an excellent Senior Engineering professional who has experience of managing large teams within the Food and Beverage / FMCG Industry and, who has the ability to develop a growing and talented team.

Currently working in partnership with a leading multi category food manufacturing business based in Saudi Arabia we are searching for a Head of Engineering or Senior Engineering Head who can take an already well performing function and operation to the next level. This position will also require you to deputise when required - for the Director of Operations and therefore you must also demonstrate the capability to manage the entire operations, when required.

To be considered for this position you MUST meet the below criteria:
- Degree qualified or equivalent. Ideally within an engineering background.
- Have 5+ years experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years in senior management positions.
- Takes the initiative and is highly proactive.
- Shows tenacity in resolving problems.
- Builds strong, capable teams.

You must be a strong people leader and have the ability to develop and motivate large, diverse teams whose backgrounds vary within skill set, languages and industry experience. It requires an individual who is driven, passionate and is able to influence others in a fast paced demanding environment.
