Employment: Full Time

My client, a leading Dairy Manufacturer, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is currently searching for an experience Engineering Maintenance Manager to join their established team. This is an opportunity to join a business experiencing considerable growth and is a market leader within the KSA Food and Beverage Industry.

Job Objective:

Responsible for General Maintenance of organization Facilities and Premises (Buildings, Utilities Equipment, Power, & Water Management).
Custodian and Responsible for annual budget preparation for General:
* To maintain and improve existing service levels.
* To reduce costs in line with organization targets.
* To develop a strong, sustainable maintenance programs.
* To lead the design and implementation teams for electromechanical projects
Advice and report to Management on key equipment / manpower utilization in order to maximize equipment output and efficiency.
To drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs across the maintenance section.
Lead the maintenance departments in preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and break down recovery

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and developing the performance of the teams carrying out the maintenance of all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, water treatment equipment in the Herd, Process Plant, Housing and Villa compound.
The management of various disciplines and the efficient use of skilled engineers and technicians, across the range of electrical (LV&HV), refrigeration, mechanical, fabrication and related trades in providing both planned and reactive maintenance support at all times.
Initiates, implements, and manages the herd maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (ERP) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Communicates regularly with all maintenance supervisors, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.

Requirements

Computer skills: Microsoft Office and CAD.
Equipment: Plant Machineries and Electrical equipment
Driving License: Essential
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience within the FMCG Industry
GCC experience
Degree qualified - Must be an Engineering degree.
