The purpose of this role is to lead the project engineering group in a Branch, typically 20 to 50 professional engineering staff at an assigned geographical area. The assigned engineering group consists of one or more disciplines. The Branch Lead has line management responsibility for the assigned engineering group, comprising both Honeywell and contract staff. He/She ensures that application methods, techniques and tools as well as resource management matters concerning his/her engineering group remain aligned with the objectives of the global project execution methodologies. He/She is responsible to ensure HPS delivers best in class solutions to meet customer expectations whilst achieving safety, quality, schedule and financial goals. Manage to key targeted metrics e.g. over/under utilization, average engineering cost. Ensure delivery excellence through standardizing on best practice. Manage Branch based on engineering office with critical mass & knowledge. |
