Job description / Role
Assist the Technical Director to ensure the department KPI and performance is achieved.
Enforce and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates, contractors and work place in general.
In charge of a group of Engineers and CCTV Staff and able to work independently and under pressure.
Manage a team of 12 CCTV Supervisor and Operator on 24/7 to operate, conduct surveillance at the Security Control Centre.
Plan, manage and perform maintenance schedule for related systems and its term contractors/vendors.
Ensure that the maintenance schedule is following through, established operating standard, preventive maintenance program and periodic checks
Responsible for implementation of various types of improvement on engineering maintenance matters.
Liaise with contractor on a regular basis to resolve issues and review contractor action plan
Manage contractors and ensure that their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards, ensuring deadlines are met.
Perform proper documentation and filings of service order (SO) records.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years working experience in Instrument and Control, Fire Alarm System and Security System
Good knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Team Player and able to lead a team of engineer and contractors.
Self motivated, Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision making and leadership abilities.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Able to do precise report writing
Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
