My client is a leading Contractor in Saudi Arabia and the Middle-East delivering on power generation and desalination plants, to factories, hotels, hospitals, and intricately sophisticated smart buildings. The client has a track record and prestigious list of efficiently delivered projects.

Requirements
My client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having experience with contractors in prestigious projects worth more than U.S.$300M each, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved.
The right candidate should have 18+ years experience in Construction projects of high-rise buildings of more than 50 floors, residential / commercial buildings (hotels). Would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in GCC.
Nationality Arab or Western
Age 40 -55 years
Salary Negotiable for right candidate
