Engineering Projects (Services) Manager Responsibilities: * Responsible for all project activity within Engineering Services occurring in the region. * Proactively develop professional relationships with customers relating to SEL systems and services. * Preparation of the technical and commercial sections of tenders. * Assist Director with the development of short and long-term business plans. * Develop and grow the engineering capability of the region. * Champion SEL emerging technology by developing applications and implementing them for customers. * Develop short and long-term business plans. * Be accountable for the commercial and technical performance of all projects. * Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. * Create, follow and improve applicable processes. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications: * B.S.Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer or Electronics degree from an accredited college or university * Post graduate business diploma or degree or experience in project management * Over five years as an engineer in the electrical substations or power system environment * Over eight years of experience in managing technical and non-technical personnel * Over eight years of recent project management applications leading technical teams * Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills * Fluent verbal and written Arabic and English skills * Willing to travel 50% throughout the Middle East and Internationally * Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities * Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in EPC business * Knowledge of SEL products * PMP certification Please apply now online. |
