Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Review and refine PWA Risk Management Framework, Methods and Best Practices integrated with PWA Strategy Management methodology
• Coordinates and facilitates implementation of the PWA corporate risk management strategy and framework
• Manage and Facilitate the risk management reviews
• Manage and Facilitate the analysis, evaluation and assessment of risks
• Manage and Facilitate the review of risk treatment options and recommendations
• The candidate will be expected to be multi-skilled, capable of multi-tasking and taking the initiative in delivering team outcomes.
• Assists in the development of risk analysis capacity and capability within the organisation.
• Assists in the production of timely high quality risk monitoring reports for the operational management team and senior management executive team.
• Collaborates with business units in the production of risk registers for their relevant areas.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other individuals throughout PWA in order to monitor and support development of the PWA corporate risk management strategy and framework.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit in further advancing and integrating risk management practices into the business
• Contributes to the development of quarterly reports for executive, audit and board committees
• Manages internal relationships with the functional business areas

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree from a recognized institution (business/engineering)
• 7-10 years of experience in risk management services (enterprise risk management, internal audit)
• Deep knowledge and experience of the ISO31000: Risk Management methodology and processes
• Substantial knowledge and experience of latest best practices of Balanced Scorecard Methodology and processes
• Strong communication skills, the ability to develop and manage relationships, along with a good understanding of risk management practices will be essential.
• Must be able to critically evaluate business problems/requirements and translate into analytical exercises
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing requirements, and to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Arabic speaker preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
