Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage and develop all aspects of the sale and business development in Saudi Arabia
- Focusing on customers specifically in (Government, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Education) Sectors
- Conduct market analysis in order to implement strategic sales and marketing plans and implementation across Saudi Arabia.
- Manage key accounts in Saudi Arabia, developing and maintaining business relationships whilst ensuring client satisfaction with the brand
- Overseeing the implementation and execution of projects whilst working alongside the client to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure a balanced sales/consultative approach with clients to establish long term relationships
- Responding to tenders. Researching, and analyzing the necessary information required in order submit proposals forward alongside partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and establish strategic relations with key decision makers.
- Work closely with the customers on a regular basis to understand operational requirements, budget and timelines
- Regularly hold roundtables within the clients offices to present the solutions and a set of short/medium and long terms goals and highlight the key advantages to working with the company.
- Working alongside the client post project delivery to monitor the clients satisfaction and to ensure maximum results and ROI.
- Building excellent relationships and leveraging on these by expanding the business based upon referrals.
- Analyze industry information and formulate effective strategies to coincide with marketing, to achieve company growth objectives
- Liaising very closely with the various internal departments to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded where possible.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related courses
- At least 7 years experience in IT Hardware / Software
- Experience in developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets
- Experience in working with hardware and software solutions
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and lead from the front
- Ability to think on your feet and be reactive to changing demands
- Working under pressure to deliver projects on time
- Exhibit patience and pragmatism whilst handling numerous customers
