The Role


The Role

The [INS: Enterprise Systems Administrator :INS] is responsible to support the development, deployment and maintenance of software and associated applications within the Enterprise Program Management System and/or overall Client IT / IS environment.

o Ensure IT / IS applications are maintained and performing to the standards as set by program end-users and/or the Client. o Define on-going applications and/or systems configuration changes / upgrades to maximize efficiency. o Ensure integration of systems and/or applications is maintained. o Ensure data integrity of systems. o Install, configure, administrate and support the Primavera Contract Manager v12.1 (Expedition). o Create / modify templates, reports, projects and contracts in Primavera (Expedition) as well as troubleshoot day to day application and database related user issues. o Install, configure, administrate and support the Oracle Primavera P6.7 Project Management Tool, PRISM Contract and Cost Modules, Causeway CATO and Cad Measure, Open Text Livelink 9.7.1. o Database management of the EPMS systems (back up, restore, etc.) o Maintain project shared folders and user access rights. o Coordinate with ADAC-IT to resolve IT related issues such as bandwidth, capacity, down time, security updates, patches, etc. o Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting miscellaneous issues in EPMS Systems. o Maintain the MS SQL databases of the EPMS systems.

Requirements


Requirements

B.S. degree in an IT / IS field or related discipline.

Five to ten years of related experience in system administration and support of both project controls and document control related systems.
