Job description / Role
Our client is a leading international construction company with an excellent reputation in the oil, gas and petrochemical construction industry in the Middle East region. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Environmental Engineer to work on refinery and petrochemical projects in Kuwait.
The role will be to implement and manage environmental procedures and policies across the projects and ensure they are being adhered to by the contractors and sub contractors and also that they are in line with company standard procedures. The person shall also be required to carry out industrial hygiene functions when required.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in chemical or environmental engineering and must have proven experience as an environmental engineer on oil refinery and petrochemical construction projects.
Candidates will be fully versed in international environmental standards and must have experience of managing and implementing them on large construction projects.
Candidates must also have experience in industrial hygiene and must posses excellent English communication skill
