CH2M HILL Environmental Management System (EMS) Coordinator - Saudi Arabia
General Job Description:
To oversee and manage the development and implementation of the Joint Ventures Environmental Management System (EMS).

Specific Responsibilities Include:

The development and implementation of the EMS manual to align with existing practices and systems.

Oversee the development and ranking of the JV's environmental aspects and impacts.

Work with JV management to develop and implement the environmental objectives and targets to align with the results of the aspect and impact ranking.

Develop Environmental Management Program(s) so that the environmental objectives and targets can be achieved.

Oversee the development and implementation of the document management program for the EMS.

Oversee the development of applicable standard operating procedures related to the EMS.

Manage and implement the EMS-related training program.

Develop and conduct an audit program for the EMS, including the development and implementation of corrective action tracking.

Conduct management reviews of the EMS.

Regular review of the EMS manual and other controlling documents so that the program is up to date and reflect current work activities.

Basic Qualifications

Skills required for Environment Management System Coordinator:

A minimum of 5 years experience in the development and implementation of an EMS for the engineering/construction industry.

B.A. in Engineering or Science-related field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated.

Computer literate.

Fluent written/spoken English.

Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
