Environmental Manager - Qatar - Infrastructure - Tax Free Salary
Job type: 2 year contract
Salary: 35,000 QAR total package Tax Free
Company: Internationally leading Engineering Services Consultancy
This excellent opportunity is for an Environmental Manager to join an internationally leading consultancy currently operating in Qatar. My client specialise in providing quality assurance, quality control and various engineering services to leading Oil & Gas companies globally.
Our client are looking for an Environmental Manager to primarily manage the contractors carrying out environmental works for a number of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Qatar. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities and will be carrying out some of the below duties.
DUTIES:
- Manage the contractors for environmental works
- Checking the environmental works
- General auditing of projects
- Producing environmental reports
- Liaising with the client and the PMC
Requirements
The successful client will be expected to have 10+ years overall experience within an Environment Manager/Engineering based role. The other requirements for this role are:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science
- At least 4 years of previous site experience
- Experience of carrying out construction works
- Relevant infrastructure experience - roads/highways/utilities etc.
